Oolong is a Chinese tea also from the plant Camellia Sinensis. It is proceed differently. First it is withered under strong sunlight and then oxidises before curling and twisting. Oolong teas are very popular amongst tea connoisseurs. The taste of Oolong teas are depending on the various species. It can taste sweet with a touch of honey or woody and thick with a roasted taste, but also green and fresh with bouquet aromas. The different varieties of the tea are also processed differently. However, the leaves are formed in two very distinctive forms. Some are rolled into long curly leaves and others are wrap-curled into small beads.
