Scottish Tablet – incredibly tasty
Have you ever been to Scotland? If yes, then you will most likely have tried one of our traditional sweets – the Scottish tablet. A very sweet, mouth-watering caramel. Tastes really lovely with a mug of tea.
So, here you go, the ideal combination is tea with tablet :-)
As you can see from the picture, this tea has small pieces of caramel in it. Add some sugar to your tea, and you will have the real, sweet taste of Scottish tablet.
Ingredients:
black tea Assam, -China, caramel bits (condensed skimmed milk sweetened, sugar, glucose syrup, butterfat, humectant: sorbitol syrup, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids)(8%), flavouring

I’ll be honest: When they suggested I try this tea, I resisted, as I thought it would be too sweet. They assured me it wasn’t. They were right. They somehow made a delicious tea that tastes lightly of Scottish tablet without being overpowering. It’s wonderful.
